Samsung has rolled out Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) For Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 yesterday in few countries like Germany. This is an OTA update with 300 MB of size. This Jelly Bean update will improve the performance of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and few pen functionality of Galaxy Note II has also been integrated in Galaxy Note 10.1. Although it is rumored that the difference between Android 4.0 (ICS) and Android 4.1 ( Jelly Bean) is not major.
If your country has not got an OTA update of Jelly bean for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, then you can download the firmware files from here, but this will violate you warranty.
